Redhall Manufacturing appoints new MD

Redhall Manufacturing, which provides design, manufacture and fabrication services to the nuclear oil and gas, defence, marine, industrial, pharmaceutical, architectural and water industries, has appointed highly accomplished operations professional, John Hynes, as Managing Director.

John, who has over 30 years experience gained in a number of sectors including construction, infrastructure and services, medical, automotive, aerospace and telecommunications, will oversee business operations across the whole of Redhall Manufacturing, which consists of Booth Industries, Jordan Manufacturing and R Blackett Charlton.

As an experienced operational manager, John brings to the role a wide range of skills and extensive knowledge of manufacturing, logistics and supply chain management, having held senior roles within some of the biggest names in manufacturing including Symmetry Medical Inc., Rolls-Royce plc, Land Rover, Ford and BMW Group.

Commenting on his new role, John said: “In addition to its strong manufacturing capability, the Group operates in sectors that offer a very bright future in terms of opportunities for business expansion.  I look forward to driving the business forward and to contributing to the company’s future success.”

Immediately prior to joining the Redhall Group, John worked for Harsco Infrastructure, where he held a number of positions including UK Operations Director, European Operations Director and most recently, Managing Director UK and Channel Islands.
